Thank you — we have your details
A motoring solicitor will call you back within 1 working hour, Monday to Friday. If you have sent this outside those hours, you will hear from us first thing on the next working day.
What happens next
Within 1 working hour. You will speak to a solicitor, not a receptionist taking a message.
We go through what happened, the procedure that was followed and the evidence, and give you an honest assessment of where you stand — including when there is no defence.
If you decide to instruct us, we agree the fee in writing before any work begins, and it does not change.
We open your file, take your full statement and prepare your case for the first hearing.
Useful things to have to hand
- Your charge sheet, or whatever paperwork the police gave you
- Your court date, if one has been set
- Your driving licence and details of any existing penalty points
- Anything handed to you at the police station, including procedure forms
Don’t worry if you don’t have all of it. This is useful rather than essential — we can work from whatever you have.
