Alexander

Alexander is a Director of the firm, a qualified Solicitor and Higher Court Advocate and for many years was an advocate in the Crown Court, acting on behalf of clients in Jury trials. Alexander has acted in some of the most serious road traffic cases, developing an in depth knowledge of many legal issues that assist with the road traffic cases he now deals with.  He has a detailed knowledge of evidence, statute, case law and importantly disclosure and procedure and how to use these to your advantage in court. Alexander has significant experience handling a wide range of criminal road traffic cases and a detailed understanding and knowledge particularly of cases involving drink or drugs. He has built a reputation for his technical expertise in successfully defending drink and drug driving cases by using the law and procedure to the benefit of his clients. Alexander also understands the importance of being approachable and ensuring that clients understand the process. He takes the time to guide them through proceedings to alleviate any worries or concerns and to ensure the process is explained each step of the way. Ultimately he uses his knowledge and experience to obtain the most favourable outcome for his clients.

Tammy

Tammy begun her legal career over 30 years ago where she initially worked in the area of Civil Litigation before quickly becoming focused on pursuing a career in Criminal Law. Tammy then became a Fee Earner where she prepared cases in detail for trial and sentencing hearings, and undertook training to become an Accredited Police Station Representative. Tammy has vast experience dealing with a whole manner of offences, from relatively minor offences of Theft and Criminal Damage to more serious offences of Rape and Murder. Tammy frequently attends upon clients at the Police Station as well as other establishments where an interview under caution is required, such as the Job Centre in DWP Fraud investigations. Tammy joined Lostock Legal as a Paralegal in May 2025. Her role sees her assist in dealing with the preparation of Magistrates and Crown Court cases as well as representing clients interests at the Police Station.
